A passionate leader and retired US Army Officer with contagious enthusiasm; Jeff has extensive experience in operations, project management, human resources, recruiting, training, and enormous success in building new organizations. After 22 years in the US Army, Jeff retired from Fort Myer, Virginia, as the Commanding Officer of the most diverse and largest company in the United States Army inventory. Still, he was drawn back to support the US Military deployed in combat operations.
At KBR, he built short and long-range plans for US and NATO forces deployed in Bosnia & Herzegovina. In Iraq, he was responsible for creating all Life Support Services for the US military’s 39 Forward Operating Bases. For Fluor in Afghanistan on Bagram Airforce Base, he led all Life Support Services. He directed Operations, Human Resources, Accounting & Finance, Contracts, Administration, Information Technology, Procurement/Materials/Property, Health, Safety & Environment groups. The project required over 26,000 Expatriates and Third Country Nationals and Local Nationals to support the US troops through billeting, logistics, medical, safety, food service, morale activities, fuel, water, and laundry.
